Luxembourg cuts VAT rates from January 2023

Luxembourg temporarily reduces VAT rates from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.

The standard VAT rate will be reduced from 17% to 16%.

Reduced VAT rate: The reduced rate: 14% is reduced to 13%.

Reduced VAT rate: 8% is reduced to 7%

The reduced rate of 3% remains unchanged.
