Estonia - VAT changes from July 1st 2025

The standard rate in Estonia increases by 2% from 22% to 24% from 1.7.2025

Estonia is increasing its basic VAT rate for the second time this year. First, it increased it from 20% to 22% from 1.1.2025 and then it will increase it again to 24% from 1.7.2025.

The change applies to all products sold in Estonia, including those sold to Estonia under the OSS (One Stop Shop) regime.
